Protected Elements
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and license and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Sharing or redistributing the service without authorization
- Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the system
Termination will result in immediate revocation of your license and loss of access to all features. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LD Refund System, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service
