Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LD Refund System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Who we are:LD Refund System is developed and operated by an individual under the trade name “LD Scripts”, based in the Netherlands. LD Scripts is not a registered company. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to this individual operator.
Agreement Scope: These terms apply to all users, including server owners, administrators, and staff members who interact with the refund system.
Description of Service
LD Refund System provides a comprehensive platform for managing refunds on FiveM servers through:
When you use cloud mode, your game server may send connection metadata (such as hostname, IP address, and a server fingerprint) to LD Refunds for pairing, security monitoring, and active-server detection. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases: Licenses for LD Refund System are sold exclusively through Tebex, an independent third-party checkout platform that acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Tebex is responsible for processing your payment, collecting and remitting any applicable VAT or sales tax, and issuing invoices and receipts. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Tebex's own Terms of Service, in addition to these Terms. See Payments, VAT & Refunds below for details.
Payments, VAT & Refunds
LD Scripts is operated by an individual and is not registered for VAT or as a business. We do not process payments directly and do not charge, collect, or remit VAT or sales tax ourselves.
- All payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record and independently handles VAT/sales tax where applicable, invoicing, and payment security
- Refunds for purchases (e.g. license fees) are handled in accordance with Tebex's refund policy — please contact Tebex support first for any billing or refund request related to a purchase
- If your account or license is terminated for breach of these Terms (see “Termination” below), no refund will be issued for that termination, regardless of any refund you may separately be eligible for under Tebex's policy for the original purchase
User Responsibilities
As a user of our service, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
- Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not sharing your license key with unauthorized parties
Security Alert: You must immediately notify LD Refund System of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
Eligibility & Age
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. Because LD Refund System operates through Discord, you must also meet Discord's own minimum age requirement (currently 13 years old, or higher where required by local law) to use our service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a FiveM server or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the operator of LD Refund System and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. “LD Refund System” and “LD Scripts” are used as brand names for this project; no claim is made to registered trademark rights unless otherwise stated.
Protected Elements
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and license and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Sharing or redistributing the service without authorization
- Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the system
Termination will result in immediate revocation of your license and loss of access to all features. Termination for breach of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund; for refund requests related to your original purchase, see “Payments, VAT & Refunds” above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the operator of LD Refund System, or any contributors involved in developing the Service, be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service
- Inability to access or use the Service due to technical issues
This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence if you are a consumer within the European Union.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
