Who we are:LD Refund System is developed and operated by an individual under the trade name “LD Scripts”, based in the Netherlands. LD Scripts is not a registered company and is not VAT-registered. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
Discord User Information
- • Username and avatar
- • Server memberships and permissions
- • User ID for identification
FiveM Server Information
- • Server configuration settings
- • Cloud connection metadata: server hostname (sv_hostname), project name, IP address, server fingerprint, resource name, and script version — used for pairing, security audit, and active-server detection
- • Only accessed when required for functionality
Payment & Checkout Information
- • All license purchases are made through Tebex (ld-scripts.tebex.io), an independent third-party checkout platform
- • Tebex collects and processes your payment details, billing address, and any applicable VAT/sales tax directly — we never receive or store your card details
- • Tebex shares limited purchase confirmation data with us (e.g. license key, order reference) so we can activate your license
Website Analytics
- • We use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors use our website
- • These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect your IP address, approximate location, device/browser type, pages visited, and site performance data
- • This data is used only in aggregate to improve the website — it is not used to identify you personally
- • You can opt out via your browser's cookie/tracking settings, or tools such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our refund system
- To process and manage refund requests efficiently
- To improve our service and develop new features
- To communicate important updates and changes
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell your personal information
We may share information with third parties only in these limited situations:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations or court orders
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- With service providers who help us operate the Service, limited to what they need to perform their function — namely Discord (for bot and authentication functionality), Tebex (for payment processing and license purchases), and Google Analytics / Vercel Analytics (for website usage analytics)
- If this project is ever transferred to a new operator, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that handover
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- Discord account data and server configuration data are retained for as long as your license or server is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and fraud-prevention purposes
- Refund logs and transaction records are retained for as long as required to comply with applicable legal or tax obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized
You can request earlier deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below), except where we are required to retain it by law.
International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party services we rely on may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA):
- Discord Inc. is based in the United States
- Tebex Ltd is based in the United Kingdom
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) and Vercel Inc. (Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights) are based in the United States
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the safeguards provided by these providers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms) to protect your information.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

We process your personal information on the following legal bases under the GDPR: performance of a contract (e.g. providing the refund system you signed up for), legitimate interest (e.g. maintaining security and preventing abuse), and, where applicable, your consent.

Children's Privacy
LD Refund System is a tool for Discord server administrators and is not directed at children. In line with Discord's own Terms of Service, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Discord, and therefore to use our service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@ldscripts.com so we can delete it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
